6. Client Portal and Secure Verification Links
Access to the Client Portal is governed by the Client Portal Terms. Access to secure verification links is governed by the Secure Verification Terms. These are incorporated into these terms by reference.
Verification links are personal or organisation-specific, must not be shared, and expire after a defined period. Data submitted through verification links must be accurate and truthful.
7. External Links and Third-Party Services
Our website and services may contain links to third-party websites and may integrate with third-party services including Companies House, HMRC and Shufti Pro. Lycia is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of third-party data.
7.1 Third-Party Data Accuracy
Companies House data, HMRC VAT verification results and Shufti Pro verification results are obtained from third-party sources. While Lycia takes reasonable steps to use reliable sources, Lycia does not guarantee that third-party data is error-free, current or complete. A failed API call or a "not found" result does not constitute proof that a registration or identity is invalid.
7.2 Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during onboarding and verification. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection of an application, termination of services, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, reports and intellectual property, is the property of Lycia Limited and is protected under applicable law. No content may be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written consent.
Reports, proposals and advisory outputs prepared by Lycia for clients are provided for the client's internal use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not redistribute, publish or commercially exploit Lycia's outputs without written consent.
9. Confidentiality
All information shared between Lycia and its clients is treated as strictly confidential. Lycia does not disclose client names, engagement details or commercially sensitive information to any third party without explicit written consent, except where required by law or regulation.
Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement or access to services.
10. Reports and Advisory Outputs
Advisory, intelligence and verification reports are prepared by Lycia based on information available at the time of preparation. Reports may contain opinions, assessments and forward-looking statements that are subject to change. Reports are not a substitute for professional legal, tax or financial advice.
Lycia does not provide regulated financial services unless authorised in the relevant jurisdiction. All pharmaceutical supply chain activities are subject to applicable licensing, healthcare regulations and import/export controls.
11. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lycia Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or reliance on information provided, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of data.
Advisory services are subject to the terms of individual engagement letters, which may contain specific liability limitations and exclusions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Suspension and Termination
Lycia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website, Client Portal or verification links at any time, including where:
- There is a breach of these terms
- Access is used for unlawful or unauthorised purposes
