Compliance & Regulatory Framework
Lycia Limited operates in full compliance with the UK Bribery Act 2010, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and all applicable local legislation in each jurisdiction where we provide advisory services. We maintain a robust internal compliance programme and conduct enhanced due diligence on all clients and engagements. All public sector engagements are subject to additional compliance screening. We do not provide facilitation payments under any circumstances.

All client information shared with Lycia Limited is treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client names, engagement details or commercially sensitive information to any third party without explicit written consent. Our confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any advisory engagement and are subject to appropriate non-disclosure agreements as a matter of standard practice.
